NOTICE

            Under article 39 of the constitution of the AISBCE UNION, it is hereby notified that the CIRCLE WORKING COMMITTEE MEETING of the ALL INDIA SAVINGS BANK CONTROL EMPLOYEES UNION, TAMILNADU CIRCLE will be held on 6^th and 7^th June 2014 at ECTV THIRUMANAMANDAPAM, NEAR ERODE BUS STAND.  The Circle working Committee meeting shall start its session at 10.00 AM on 06.06.2014. Sri.S.NATARAJAN  President of our Union will preside.

            All the CWC members, Office Bearers and Divisional Representatives of this Union are requested to attend the meeting.

AGENDA

1.    To express our heartfelt condolence to the departed soul of the national leaders and SBCO staff.

2.    To consider and adopt annual report of the activities from date 19.07.2013 to 05.06.2014

3.    To consider and adopt the accounts for the period from 19.07.13 to 05.06.2014

4.    Discussion about the cadre review  and restructure of SBCO

5.    Discussion about the role of SBCO in Core Banking Solutions.

6.    Discussion about the shortage of staff and increasing workload.

7.    Discussion about the future functioning of SBCO

8.    Discussion about the proposals to be submitted in 7^th Central pay commission

9.    Election of new Circle Secretary in view of the present  Circle Secretary retirement on     31.05.2014

10. Any other items with the approval of Chair.

Dear members of our AISBCE Union,

                I am submitting that the following contents and all are cordially inviting you to attend the Regional meet of VIJAYAWADA  Region to be held on 25.5.2014 under the chairman ship of SRI  V  N  Das Circle President AISBCE Union AP Circle

      1.        Our SBCO union is conducting  a Circle working committee meeting to be held on 25.5.2014 to discuss various matters relating to Core banking solutions and about latest role out program  at our Head Post office Vijayawada HO – 520001.  Near kaleswararao Market.

     2.       It is a best opportunity to meet all our senior members in this occasion for all our young Turks who are joined recently.
