Decision of court case- de-recognition of AIPSBCOE Association.
Sir,
Today the hearing on de-recognition
of AIPSBCOE Association was held at Chennai High Court. Two advocates from our
side discussed this issue. Advocate from opposite side was also present. The
Honourable high court disposed off the appeal of AIPSBCE Association giving the
direction to DG ( P) to issue final order by 1st October 2012. The
stay granted on de-recognition order will be in force till 30th
September 2012. The opposite association will lose their recognition on 1st
Oct. 2012.
Friends, On this court case our
union has spent huge amount on fees of advocate, his air ticket from Kolkata to
Chennai and lodging and boarding. Some circles unions have contributed for the
court case. But some circles have not paid any amount.
All Circle Secretaries are requested
to contribute for this court case expenditure. All CS are also requested to
send their circle quota to treasurer of the union please.
