Bonus Orders for Postal Employees

Postal Directorate vide Letter No. 26-05/2012 -PAP dated 18.10.2012 has announced 60 days productivity Linked Bonus for the accounting year 2011-12 for postal employees in MTS, Gr-C and non Gazetted Gr B cadres and exgratia payment of Bonus to regularly appointed GDS. 

No change in ceiling of Rs 3,500/- to Departmental employees and Rs 2,500/- to GDS employees.

            Sub: Decision of court case- de-recognition of AIPSBCOE Association.

Sir,

            Today the hearing on de-recognition of AIPSBCOE Association was held at Chennai High Court. Two advocates from our side discussed this issue. Advocate from opposite side was also present. The Honourable high court disposed off the appeal of AIPSBCE Association giving the direction to DG ( P) to issue final order by 1^st October 2012. The stay granted on de-recognition order will be in force till 30^th September 2012. The opposite association will lose their recognition on 1^st Oct. 2012.

                                             

            Friends, On this court case our union has spent huge amount on fees of advocate, his air ticket from Kolkata to Chennai and lodging and boarding. Some circles unions have contributed for the court case. But some circles have not paid any amount.

              

            All Circle Secretaries are requested to contribute for this court case expenditure. All CS are also requested to send their circle quota to treasurer of the union please.
