      Sub: Two days strike on 12 & 13 of Feb’2014 by AISBCE Union Employees - notice 
          

      It is submit that the Central Head Quarters of our Union i.e., AISBCE UNION has given strike notice to Secretary (Post), Dept. of Posts, New Delhi. That all the members of AISBCE Union will go on two days strike( 48 hours from 00.00 hrs of 12.02.2014 to 00.00 hrs of 14.02.2014).

     Accordingly all members of our AISBCE Union employees in the Circle will participate in strike for two days. The charter of demands for the two days strike action is enclosed.

                                        CHARTER OF DEMANDS

1.    To implement the 7^th Pay Commisson package w.e.f 01.01.2014 with all existing pay structure, allowances and retirement benefits.

2.    To determine the interim relief needed to be sanctioned immediately.

3.    To determine the merger of 50% Dearness Allowance with pay.

4.    Compassionate appointment-removal of restrictions imposed by the Government.

5.    Fill up all vacant posts and creation of new posts wherever justified.

6.    Restore the identified abolition of posts from 2005 to 2008 under the scheme of Optimization of Direct Recruitment vacancies which is kept under abeyance under O.A No.1736/2013 referred by the Directorate letter No. 66-24/2013-SPB-1 dated 13.12.2013.

7.    Five promotions to all employees.

8.    Arrange cadre restructure meeting with AISBCE Union as per our reference addressed to DDG(P) Chairman, cadre restructure vide letter No. CHQ/AISBCEU/2014/01 dated 01.01.2014.

9.    Stop the move to introduce performance related pay (PRP) system.
