Andhra Pradesh Legislature has returned the State Reorganization Bill to the centre. The views of the State Legislature have been reportedly sent to the Union Home Ministry through State Chief Secretary P K Mohanthy.
Both the Assembly and the Council have discussed and rejected the bill on 30th of last month after a prolonged discussion as it was referred by the president under article three of the Constitution.
